ちょっとオーバーなタイトルですが「20kmラン」に挑戦。
酒匂川沿いのサイクリングロードを往復、心肺機能は心配するほどではなく快調、しかし２時間近く走っているとなんか飽きてきます。
そして、未知の領域は乳首が擦れて「イタイ」ことでした。次はバンドエイドでも張っては知らないと・・・
